Customer Experiences

Because much of our business is custom orders we believe in a high level of customer service. And because each lampshade is unique our customers keep us on our toes.

James T said: “Laura, I received the shade cover promptly on Monday; it fits like a glove.  I am so pleased; the floor lamp is probably from the 50's; the old shade was intact but looked tattered and dull and old; the lamp base is one solid piece of wood except for the floor base.  I started not to buy it because of the condition of the shade but followed my gut; it looks FANTASTIC…  The shade cover was easy to install and animal print goes well with the wood tones”.
